Succession Protocol §
Succession Protocol defines the structural continuity of institutional authority across generational transition.
Institutional jurisdiction does not terminate upon death, incapacity, withdrawal, or removal of any Principal, steward, or office-holder.
Authority fixed under Charter persists independent of individual tenure.
Jurisdiction constituted under Charter remains in force irrespective of change in leadership, capital participation, or administrative structure.
No succession event alters the status of land constituted as Institutional Seat.
The Institutional Seat remains under chartered custody.
Succession shall be overseen by Custodial Authority established under Governance §.
Custodial Authority safeguards:
• Supremacy of Charter
• Protection of the Institutional Seat
• Structural alignment of successor appointments
• Continuity of institutional jurisdiction
Custodial Authority operates independently of capital contribution and commercial participation.
Successor Principals shall be appointed under defined institutional criteria consistent with Charter.
Appointment shall prioritize:
• Demonstrated alignment with institutional mandate
• Capacity to uphold jurisdictional authority
• Commitment to permanence across generational time
Capital contribution does not constitute qualification for succession.
A Principal may be removed where Charter conditions are materially breached or institutional jurisdiction is placed at structural risk.
Removal does not dissolve institutional authority.
Jurisdiction remains fixed under Charter.
Authority over land constituted as Institutional Seat shall not revert to heirs, shareholders, capital contributors, or commercial entities upon succession events.
The Institutional Seat remains bound to Charter conditions.
This Succession Protocol may not be amended in a manner that authorizes transfer, subdivision, encumbrance, or dilution of the Institutional Seat.
Succession is structural, not personal.
Continuity is preserved through ordered transition rather than individual tenure.
